Based on our output results, we know that a bottleneck is occurring at Op 40 due to resource constraints. Additionally, we find that unreliable arrivals of Assy entities to the process is causing problems.
If we could relieve the Op 40 bottleneck and stabilize our arrivals, we may achieve our 40 units/week goal.
