The Advanced Elements button from the Process Simulator Ribbon launches the Model Elements dialog and selects the Macros tab.
Macros and Subroutines are advanced elements of Process Simulator meant to help simplify your model when the project incorporates repetitive distributions or numbers or repetitive use of logic. In addition, External Arrivals allow for the creation of multiple entity arrivals at a global project level through defining the specific arrival information in an Excel spreadsheet.
