Enabling Active Content

The ProModel Help System uses active content to create a dynamic help environment. Some browsers automatically block active content as a protective measure.

If you see a yellow bar in your browser similar to the one shown below, you will need to choose whether to enable the active content or leave it blocked.

 

It is recommended that you enable active content for the ProModel Help System while you are using it. The ProModel Help System will not compromise your security in any way, and enabling its active content will not enable future active content.

How to Enable Active Content

1. Click on the yellow warning bar.

2. From the menu that appears, select Allow Blocked Content.

 

3. You will be reminded of the security risk of enabling active content.

 

4. Click Yes to enable active content for just the ProModel Help System. All other active content will continue to be blocked by your browser.
