Keith was appointed President and CEO in January 2006. Prior to that he held positions of Executive VP, Director of Vertical Business Units and VP of Sales and Marketing. He oversees the development and sales of solutions for all vertical markets. Keith is an expert in developing and marketing predictive analysis-based solutions and has been driving the delivery of innovative solutions for over 30 years to more than 1000 companies. He became part of the team in 1999 when ProModel acquired Sim-Tech, a simulation and scheduling solutions provider company Keith founded in 1989. Prior to starting Sim-Tech, he worked as an Application Sales Engineer for 5 years marketing computer-based code-dating, bar-coding, and data-collection equipment. Keith received a B.S. in Applied Science and Technology from Rochester Institute of Technology.
Curtis was named Vice-President and General Manager of ProModel Life Sciences Solutions in 2005. Prior to this, he was VP and General Manager of ProModel Consulting Services since 2003. In his first four years with ProModel, Kurtis was the Senior Consultant and Manager of Consulting Services for ProModel's Pharmaceutical Vertical. Before joining ProModel in 1999, he was an integral principle of a very successful simulation software consulting and sales business. Over his career Kurtis has personally worked with more than 200 different companies and created 400 solutions in most every industry where simulation could be applied. Kurtis started his career as an automation and robotics design engineer, after receiving his bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from RIT (Rochester Institute of Technology) in May of 1985.
With 30+ years of experience in the simulation field, Bruce has worked with major corporations worldwide, developing hundreds of models across a wide range of industries. In his 27 years at ProModel Corporation, he has served as a Product Manager, Project Manager and Senior Consultant. Bruce was named VP of Consulting Services in 2005, overseeing ProModel’s Consulting and Customer Service Operations. In 2016 he took on additional responsibility for all of ProModel’s commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) products.
Bruce received a BS in Systems Engineering from the University of Arizona and an MBA from Brigham Young University. He is a certified expert in Lean production principles and obtained his Six Sigma Black Belt Certification while employed at General Electric. He is also PMP certified by the Project Management Institute.
Charley founded ProModel in 1988 and was the original developer of the Company’s simulation technology. Today he serves on the Board of Directors and remains actively involved in new product development, acting as chief technology advisor. Charley’s area of interest and expertise is in manufacturing systems and simulation. He has worked in engineering positions for Ford Motor Company and the Eaton Corporation.
Charley is an associate professor of Engineering and Technology at Brigham Young University. He received his B.S. from Brigham Young University, M.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Utah and Ph.D. in Manufacturing Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark. Charley is the principal author of several simulation books and has given numerous presentations on manufacturing system design and simulation. He is a senior member of IIE and SME.
